Role Overview:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and shaping the company's strategic direction. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, who can inspire teams and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's strategic planning.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, contributing to strategic expansion initiatives.

- Sales Operations: Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, while optimizing sales processes and tools for efficiency.

- Industry Insights: Stay updated on product offerings and market trends, providing feedback to inform product development and positioning.

- Customer Engagement: Conduct client visits to provide personalized support, services, and address any concerns as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical, excipients, or chemical industry.

- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
