Head - Sales Capability Development /Sales Training - FMCG (12-22 yrs)
we are looking for SALES CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT HEAD for a leading MNC into FMCG
- Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 yrs experience in sales capability development role a leading FMCG company with pan india exposure.
- Candidate should be very strong in FMCG fundamentals, S&D, RTM, GT, MT etc
- Basic role is to Understanding of Training Needs. Design and Delivery of S&D Training. Effectiveness of S&D Training.
- Interact with key personnel in the S&D and marketing teams to understand the future business priorities.
- He should be able to bring in the importance of range selling, cross selling, objection handling improving upon TLS, productivity, merchandising, retail and distributor management etc
- As a sales capability head, he should be highly passionate about the role and able to bring passion towards the organization and products among the team
- He should be able closely work the senior sales team, top management, marketing team and other related function
- Candidates with training background only will be considered for this position
