Head - Sales & Business Development - US Healthcare (10-15 yrs)

Our client a leading business process outsourcing provider, keen to diversify into the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Service (RCM).

Candidate should have a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, specifically within the realm of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our services by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.

Must Haves :

- Acquire clients for Clients for Healthcare RCM Services as part of the startup of the new Business area.

- Network with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations. Understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to offer customized RCM solutions.

- Attending national and regional conferences to expand Clients marketing efforts in healthcare area

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets

- Look for new opportunities, like new customers, markets and industry developments. Take advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance the company.

- Coordinate with the Operations Team to fulfill the clients' needs.

- Take part in the President's team meetings that create the overall vision of the company.

- Ensure all business development activities adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws.

Profile required :

- 10 -15 years of business development experience in the US healthcare industry, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management.

- Strong skills in acquiring new clients and strong network in the US healthcare industry.

- In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including medical coding, billing, claims processing, denials management, and payer contracts. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.

- Ability to understand client requirements and find a solution

- Experience in contract negotiations and a good track record of selling services.

- Excellent and effective communicator

- Open to take the challenge to work independently at start.
