Head - Sales & Brand - Jewellery (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Director, candidate would be responsible for leading the sales & profitability of brand throughout the region
- Perform a review of current business operations and make recommendations / implement new structure as required
- Overall responsibility for sales, profit, stock loss, expenses & costs (P&L)
- Provide effective leadership, create a team that has e-commerce experience. Example: buying, product placement, layout etc.
- Provide guidance to the team on visual merchandise / brand integrity
- Strong E-Commerce experience and Logistics of business
