Head - Sales - Biscuits (4-7 yrs)
- Industry/Food business with a focus on Business development & Sales improvement
- Able to build a robust Sales team to acquire and manage high volume
- Strong negotiation skills to negotiate deals with larger distributor to favorably and expeditiously close sales
- Produce Weekly closed and forecasted revenue MIS reports for Senior Management
- Increase the reach of Nezone Biscuit in North East region
- Increase the number of distributors for Nezone Biscuit
- Manage the product forecasting which help Nezone Biscuit for their production
- Maintain & track the latest market information & trends on markets and industries
Eligibility :
- Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the field of Food & Snacks Industry
- Should Possess MBA Degree
- Must have Good Communication Skills in English & must be know about Assamesse or Bengali language
- Should be ready to travel almost 15 days in a month for business trips
