Head - Sales - Bio-Compost Products (15-17 yrs)
- Develop and implement a plan that delivers sales performance results in alignment with sales objectives.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with key decision makers ( internal & external)
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in improving the market share
- To create awareness & promotional activities for the product with clients/end users viz., farming community, co-operatives etc.. in close liaison with local distributors & retailers.
- Prepares annual sales budgets & monthly/quarterly sales forecast plan based on the existing opportunities and likely expansion of the market.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including order fulfillment, credit account status, team training and demonstration of the product, etc.
- Improves Sales and Customer service processes to enhance the image of the product both at retail & end user level.
Skills Desired :
- Good understanding of the fertilizers & agro-based industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently ( Self Starter ) and collaboratively as a team to achieve goals
- Ability to self-manage remotely including strong planning and time management skills
Qualification Required:- M.Sc ( Agriculture )
