Head - Sales - Billing Solution/POS Machine - Retail Sector (12-15 yrs)
Role Description: The company has launched a Billing Solution called QPOS that is a next generation All-in-One Android based product for the Entry level Food Retail, QSR etc. The company is looking for a seasoned Salesperson who can take the responsibility of the success of the product.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for the P&L of Billing Solution (QPOS) product for India region
- Build and execute the Business Plan for QPOS to achieve the Company Goals
- Build a strong team of Channel Sales personnel across the country to achieve QPOS Business Goals
- Create the Channel Strategy for QPOS, recruit Channel Partners, Distributors and execute regional business plans with them
- Responsible for Customer success by driving the Service and Support team
- Bring in market feedback to the Product team for ensuring increased levels of Product-Market fit
Key Skills :
- Should be of an aggressive mindset to overachieve the defined KPIs
- Should have strong people management skills - hire and build a strong team
- Should understand overall organizational goals and translate them to action
- Impeccable ethics and integrity
Work Experience :
- 12-15 years of Sales experience
- Preferably in Retail sector
