Head - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and empower a team of capable insurance agents, fostering a culture that revolves around delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactively pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and active involvement in industry events to expand the client base.
- Monitor sales performance closely, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor and market trend assessments to maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
- At least 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance sectors is mandatory.
- Age range: 22 to 38 years.
- Ideally, candidates should have been residents for 3 to 5 years.
