Head - Sales - Automotive Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)
Sales Head
Our client is a German automotive manufacturing company specializing in brake systems, interior electronics, automotive safety, power train and chassis components, tachographs, tires and other parts for automotive and transportation industries, looking to hire Female leader to head Sales function.
Role will be responsible for :
Sales Strategy :
- Ensuring development of Regional sales strategy
- Developing and implementation of zonal / Area / Territory strategies
- Ensuring Competitive Strategy, Policy and Analyse SWOT
- Ensuring mechanism for monitoring and System for Replacement Market
- Reporting Trends, Segmentation and opportunities for long term Strategy and Goals
Forecasting and Reporting :
- Develop Forecasting system, align with Zones, Areas/ CFAs
- Improve Forecast Accuracy & align with MDM & SCM
- Build individual Plan, Monitor and place reporting system
Sales Volume :
- Achieving All India Sales Target
- Building reliable sustainable Retail Network
- Developing Team ensuring that all areas achieve targets
- Growing Market Share
- Develop Zone, Area and large Dealer target & action Plan
Desired Profile :
- 15+ years of sales experience, 8+ years in an organisation with large Retail network in India
- Exposure in Truck Tyre Industry is preferable
- Must have experience in Strategic Planning
- Experience of handling Projects & Process with budgetary responsibility
- Leadership qualities essential. Min 5 years managerial experience desirable
- Exposure to at least 3 Zones is mandatory
- Interaction with Cross Cultural Team desirable
