Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our Pan India sales operations, focusing on both E-commerce and B2B platforms in the automobile spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing effective sales strategies across diverse markets in India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy : Lead the development of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion across India through E-commerce platforms and B2B channels.

- Team Building and Training : Recruit, build, and train a robust sales team capable of executing the company's sales objectives. Lead team development and performance improvement initiatives.

- Drive E-commerce Sales : Manage and grow the company's presence on E-commerce platforms, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- B2B Sales Expansion: Leverage industry relationships and insights to grow the company's B2B sales, securing partnerships with key players in the automobile spare parts sector.

- Market Analysis & Competitor Research : Continuously analyze the market landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and staying ahead of competitors.

- Achieve Sales Targets : Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners across India.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular sales reports and analytics to senior management to guide decision-making and business strategy.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the automobile spare parts industry.

- Proven track record in leading and scaling E-commerce and B2B sales operations across India.

- Strong team-building and leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Proficient in using sales management software and tools.

- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
