Head - Sales - Admissions - College (8-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Managing, leading & motivating a team of professionals for carrying out MBA and CFP programs
- Responsible for Achieving admission targets for all Full Time and Short term programs offered by the
College e.g. PG Finance / CFP.
- Responsible for ATL & BTL activities like print media add, online marketing activities, call center activity.
- Establishing College Brand at PAN Indian level through BTL, ATL Activities
- Preparation of Annual Marketing and Event Calendar for College
- Budgeting and Controlling for Marketing and Admission activities
- Liaisoning with Institutions/Aptitude Test Centre's like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT etc. for College association and admissions
- Liaisoning with Coaching Institutes for associating with College.
- Organizing Seminars, Event and Education Fairs in collaboration with different Colleges, Coaching Institutions and Educational Consultants to promote admissions in University
- Recruitment of New Team Member and developing Training Program for year wise marketing and sales.
- Coordinating with different Schools/ Colleges for making presentations for admissions.
- Team Handling of admissions department (Counselors /Executives /Data Caller) who are responsible for a defined Territory and specified Target
- MIS, Reporting and Competitor Analysis
Desired Candidate Profile:-
The candidate should have 8+ years of Sales & Marketing with excellent track record.
Experience into Education & Service Industries.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Hard-working and creative approach to sales.
The candidate should have a high Emotional Quotient and genuine desire to help others do better in life.
The person should be proactive with good influencing, presentation & networking skills.
Candidate should demonstrate high motivation with ability to convert prospects into business.
