Head - Sales (8-15 yrs)

- Develop products or systems suggestions for customers and successfully sell them

- Delight customers by understanding their needs clearly and proposing the best solutions

- Identify and engage with new customers across the globe

- Identify and engage with channel partners internationally to increase the customer pipeline

- Work with the product, technology, operations, and business teams to make sure customers- needs are addressed on a priority.

- Guide the team to develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information, pricing, benefits, etc.

- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the marketing plan targets the right demographic.

- Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

Requirements:

- 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
 
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Extremely detail-oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- Excellent B2B sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

- Previous experience in the Robotics/Logistics field

Good to Have:

- Experience of scaling new market entrants in the sphere of sales

- An immense network across the globe in the logistics space.

Eligible candidates:

- Desired Qualification: B. Tech in Computer Science/Robotics/Mechatronics or a related field. and PG: MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing

Work Experience: 8-15 years

- Min 2 years b2b sales from warehouse automation

- Should be okay for traveling

- An Active (EU or US) Visa is highly preferred

- Open notice period - 60 days and less
