Job Description
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for: 1. generating revenue, and 2. increasing sales growth. The person will be responsible for meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning & budgeting. He/she will lead and manage the sales team as a single unit working towards a common objective. This high-impact role requires working across functions and interacting with clients, inter-department divisional heads, and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Working effectively & efficiently for achieving the revenue targets
- Planning & strategizing the sales growth of different service verticals
- Conducting market research along with the marketing team for finding the right target market
- Client relationship management would be one of the main KRA
- Responsible for guiding, mentoring & helping the team members to achieve the revenue target
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration
- 7+ years- experience in sales management within a corporate setting
- Proven track record of sales success from lead to conversion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Open to travel
