Head - Sales (6-10 yrs)
- Hard core sales and business development profile with 6 to 10 years of Experience and proven track record in generating revenue for self and the teams.
- Experience to manage a team of 60 to 80 executives and 4 managers .
- We need some one who has past experience of building a sales organisation, systems, processes, reporting systems, sales plans and incentive structures.
- Understanding and experience of dealing with marketing teams and new age media teams is important so as to give inputs and to coordinate for digital campaigns.
