Head - Sales (15-20 yrs)
Territory India can be extended to ME and South East Asia
Prior experience 15-20 years in sales, with 5 years in leadership position
Education qualification Preferably B.Tech. Mechanical, MBA will be added advantage
You are a suitable applicant:
- If you are leading sales organization of an emerging technology-based products / solutions
- If you are leading sales in Metal/Polymer based 3D Printing company or 3D Printer manufacturer
- If you are leading sales in one of the engineering simulation sales software organization
- If you are selling technical customized solutions to Aerospace & Defence organization

- Experience in scaling up sales in a start-up environment

- Strong customer facing skills and analytical orientation
You would be successful in the role if:
- You have great industry connects at C-Suite level / multi-disciplinary connects at the customers workplace i.e., Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D etc.
- You know handling and winning government contracts, have ability to network with leadership at customer level in aerospace and defence
- Prior experience of building channel partner / alliance ecosystem that helps the business to secure repetitive deals
- You have experience in building a national sales team to achieve scaled targets
- You have experience in market making / demand generation for emerging technology solutions.
Job Description and Expectation:
- The sales head will be responsible for the additive manufacturing business and smart factory offerings.
- The current business is limited to India over the next three years the sales head will be responsible for expanding the business to Middle East and South East Asia.
- As the additive manufacturing is a growing business, the sales head would be required to represent company at public forums.
- The sales head is expected to acquire high value deals, participate in solution designs that the marketplace wants.
- This needs to be backed by previously demonstrated experience and success in market making / demand generation for emerging technology solutionsthat are customized in nature.
- The sales head will be measured on achieving nonlinear sales growth, increasing market share, mindshare and brand visibility of company in the market.
- The sales head will lead the team of sales leads, presales and closely work with Engineering team to achieve scaled targets.
- The sales head will drive digital sales outreach and offline marketing activities including exhibitions.
