Job Summary :

- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.

2. Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

3. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Expansion :

- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth. Evaluate and enter new markets as part of the company's strategic objectives.

5. Sales Operations :

- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities. Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

6. Product Knowledge :

- Stay informed about the company's product offerings and industry trends. Provide insights for product development and positioning based on market feedback.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Intermediate, Excipients,API, or chemical companies .

- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Willingness to travel as needed
