Head - Revenue/Sales - Education (7-10 yrs)
The company is the world's premier Career Accelerator for Software Engineers. We train senior engineers who are looking to uplevel in their careers. Our key customers are engineers in the US, however, we also work with engineers globally. Our candidates are experienced engineers looking to get senior Roles at companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Uber, Linkedin, Netflix etc.
All our Instructors and Experts teachers are full-time engineers from the top companies. The majority of whom come from Facebook and Google in Silicon Valley.
We are based in San Francisco with offices in the US and in India. This is our 5th year of operations and we run a revenue positive business. Our business has grown 6 times in the last one year and is seeing rapid growth as the market leader. In this context, we are looking for a seasoned Sales/ Revenue Leader to manage our current revenue process and to drive significant revenue growth.
This position is based out of our Bangalore offices in India.
The key responsibilities for this role will be the following:
- Own revenue and growth targets
- Conducting regular webinars to explain our offering to interested candidates
- Managing and growing a team of Inside Sales Agents
- Actively tracking and analyzing and mining data to look for key insights.
- Constantly developing and improving the sales process
- The right person for this job would have the following skills

- Ability to grow and manage an inside sales team
- Excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable with numbers
- Ability to create, iterate and implement sales processes
The ideal candidate should have had the following experience
- At least 7-10 years of sales experience
- At least 2-3 years of Sales leadership experience
- Experience in Inside Sales is a plus
- Experience in educational sectors is a plus
