Head - Product Marketing - IT (5-10 yrs)
Responsiblities:-
- Own the marketing roadmap, including all planning, budgeting and execution.
- Build and lead the marketing organization. Recruit and retain a world class team.
- Build a journey for merchants throughout the whole life cycle, from the moment their hear about us to the moment they churn
- Own all aspects of the pre-sale customer journey across all marketing channels.
- Partnerships with other eCommerce Enablers.
- Manage development of best in class marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, website content, etc)
- Coordinate with resources to facilitate content creation
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget
- Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution
