Head - Performance Marketing & Social Media - Export/Import (3-10 yrs)
Head of Performance Marketing & Social Media :
The candidate will have to lead a team of experienced Performance Marketing Analysts and social media managers.
The candidate will need to have the below responsibilities and capabilities :
1. Sound knowledge of Performance Marketing campaigns across Google, Social Media and other Platforms offering ads.skilled in seo, sem ppc, social media marketing
2. Be able to offer strategies on digital media buying.
3. Good communication skills and understanding of communication for advertising.
4. Be able to lead a team.
5. Should be able to handle clients for the following :
- Convert a new business by offering the right mix of services.
- Negotiate with a client.
- Deliver on promises made to the client during the initial discussion
- Keep the client in our good books.
6. Look into the health of all account and make sure they are performing well.
7. Offer guidance, knowledge transfer, and help the team grow in cap
