What you will be doing :
- Create and implement the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
- Project targets from new and optimization-ready campaigns across different channels like Google, LinkedIn, FB, etc.
- Define overall budget requirements vs target for each campaign alongside cohort analysis.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in return on investment (ROI) and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Maintain Cost/MQL and Cost/SQL efficiency targets defined.
- Create frameworks to ideate and prioritize new campaign opportunities, funnel optimization to meet demand targets. (across TOFU, MOFU & BOFU)
- Create a campaign calendar to visualize how these campaigns will be launched across the quarter.
- Define the SOP including campaign naming, targeting, tracking parameters, bid strategy, negative keyword list etc.
- Research and identify new channels to advertise on.
- Create frameworks to identify performance strategies and prioritize campaigns to drive better app installs.
- Diagnose and course-correct campaigns that perform below-expected metrics.
- Create reports that help visualize campaign/channel performance.
- Share and communicate the performance/diagnosis of campaigns against targets on a weekly basis.
What you'll bring along :
- Hands-on expertise in planning, executing & managing digital marketing ad campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Display & Search, LinkedIn and Youtube at a SaaS based platform.
- You'll be in charge of the marketing budget, as well as how we distribute, use and measure effectiveness of our marketing spends.
- Proven ability to map out, ideate & implement product marketing strategies that span across UX copy, emailers, videos, and more to drive product adoption, user engagement & retention.
- Strong understanding of how to use data and research to drive planning.
- You'll work closely with respective business heads, product, sales & finance teams so our strategies and outcomes match and deliver on our long-range plan, including attainment of marketing ROI goals.
- Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiative. Open is growing really fast & we'll need you to drive that boost.
- Able to achieve results and to operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment.
- Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing & going at it again.
- Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them.
