Head - Performance Marketing - FoodTech (6-8 yrs)
Performance Marketing Head
We are having an urgent opening for Digital Marketing Head for one of the Fastest growing foodtech brand.
Experience :
a) Essential :
- 6-8 years experience in Digital Marketing in a leading FMCG/ E-commerce/ Retail company with exposure in running and drive App ecosystem
- Effective multi-channel marketing exposure in UAC, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Experience in Full funnel marketing in driving awareness to consideration to conversion.
- Experience with managing & driving deliverables through agencies, running multiple experiments, A/B tests for creative and media optimization
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan with agency partner. Drive business KPIs with strong process orientation and reporting
- Plan & execute the strategy to achieve Online target Sale, P&L and CLTV
- Manage budgets for performance campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
- Collaborate with the creative teams to implement creative best practices and media executions to maximize ROAS
- Plan awareness campaigns to increase Brand consideration leading to sale increase
- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, budgeting, optimization.
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey. Work closely with internal teams to drive conversion
- Drive SEO plan to grow organic business for the organization
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in optimizing and executing digital marketing efforts
- Proven knowledge in Google analytics, Facebook Ads, App Scale up, Display Advertising, Programmatic, SEM and other performance & awareness channel
- Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI
- Proficiency in using Appsflyer/Branch or other mobile attribution platform.
- Passionate about marketing and data, hands on experience with excel to play on data and build reports
- Excellent skills in analytical & logical reasoning, creativity, data analysis & reporting.
- Self-starter with experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment with strong multi-taking capabilities.
