Head - Performance Marketing - FinTech - IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB (8-12 yrs)

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

Responsibilities will include :
1. Deliver targets for digital business as aligned with Management in AOP across lending, devices and consumer products (postpe and payback) within CAC/RoAs objectives. Current contribution is upwards of 30% for 400 crore monthly disbursals and 90%+ on consumer products (600cr+ monthly TPV and 80cr annual digital marketing budget)
2. Lead the agenda of product led growth initiatives across business lines that drive long term growth.
3. Come up with plans/initiatives to improve funnel conversion rates across products on a monthly basis leading to revenue/cost impact.
4. Manage merchant retention and actively design programs by working closely with product/engg teams to re-activate churned merchants.
5. Continuously drive efficiency in digital paid marketing channels (atleast 10% QoQ) managing annual budgets of 100+ crore across performance marketing and brand building
6. Be on top of new developments in digital marketing/attribution ecosystem and pilot testing new channels of growth for BharatPe, atleast 1 in quarter.
Qualifications :
1. STEM degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB
2. Expert at understanding programmatic digital marketing channels (Google/Facebook/DV360) and their incremental value in driving business objectives
Skills, experiences & behaviors :
1. Atleast 8 years of performance/growth marketing experience, having managed annual digital media spends of atleast 100 crores
2. Startup experience is highly valued but not necessary
3. Team management experience is a must - will be handling a team of high performers across Growth, Paid Marketing, User engagement
4. As a marketing leader understanding of fintech business model in India is highly valued for this role. Also ability of articulate marketing's impact on top and bottom line of business
5. Ability to collaborate across team - Data, Product, Engineering and Business
6. Highly data driven but at the same time ability to handle ambiguous situations with confidence where less data is available and take calls aligned with overall business objectives
7. End to end ownership to deliver projects.
