Head - Performance Marketing - Fintech Firm (4-10 yrs)
Client : FinTech Company
Position : Head Performance Marketing
Location: Pune
Reporting to : Marketing Head
Role Requirements
1) Experience in driving digital marketing campaigns and work closely with multiple digital platforms, publishers/affiliates & agencies.
2) Lead customer acquisition on digital platforms as a primary Business KPIs.
3) Digital Strategy: Implementation of Digital Campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Social Media & others.
4) Optimization & Experimentation : Driving New Initiatives in Performance Marketing and Branding to achieve objectives in app installs and engagement, website conversions, lead generation and awareness Campaigns
5) Managing all Digital Efforts for Brand Campaign with budgets of above 1 cr /month
6) Responsible for digital assets : Website, Landing Pages, SEO Content, Display Content etc
7) Driver Social Media campaigns for the company
8) Build the brand Digitally.
9) Driver marketing automation, funnel tracking & review attribution systems.
Qualification :
- Young, aglile & number oriented person.
- Analytical skill set is a must.
- Strong Knowledge on Digital media, digital assets & Search & Display marketing is a must..
- MBA/PG is marketing is preferred but not essential.
- 4-8 years of previous experience in digital marketing and specifically performance marketing is essentials
