- Strategy
- Lead the digital and social media strategy and planning
- Well-versed with Performance Marketing.
- Sales, Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Organize various Online / Events- Webinars - HR Tech Events - to enhance the brand image.
- Secure compliance with branding guidelines and global initiatives.
- Planning and managing all content creation and development
- Work on tracking and reporting of market trends including competitor activities.
- Provide direction, motivation & training to the team for ensuring optimum performance for all the departments.
Qualifications :
- We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience
- Should be a self-starter and aptitude to work in a startup.
- Should be able to enhance performance marketing, online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Should come with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth and effective functionality.
- Should be a strong people manager and give vision and growth to the team.
- Ability to hire and develop a team of exceptional talent empathetically is hygiene.
Salary : 6-10LPA
