Head - Partner Relations/Strategic Alliance - Auto/Auto Ancillary (3-4 yrs)
Head - Partner Relations ( Strategic Alliance )
- Deliver against agreed sales plan to meet business objective.
- Understand customer needs, develop plans to address them and build positive relationship with customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Explain the concept of our product and services to prospects and arrange demo of services
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to sales team
- Promote high quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Report and MIS sharing on current client base and sales funnel
- Conduct internal meetings with the customer relations team and senior Sales, Service and Marketing team to create action plans, allocate responsibilities and set internal deadlines for driving key CR initiatives
- Analyze customer satisfaction levels and define customer specific plans to ensure delight for all current and prospective customers
What You Need To Bring In ?
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ Equivalent Degree (MBA/ PGDM - value added)
- 3-4 years minimum experience in sales/ business development
- Strong communication and written skills & result oriented approach
- Sharp on in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Technical knowledge of automobile
- Skill to articulate and present digital demos, solutions online and offline
