Desired skills & experience
- 2-5 years of experience in managing customer acquisition, growth, or performance marketing campaigns, ideally in a direct-to-consumer/ecommerce brand
- Expert in Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Google/Heap Analytics, and excel
- Experience driving optimizations across campaign structures, ad creatives, and landing pages
- Strong analytical skills to derive campaign insights into actionable plans
- High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
- Experience with design/graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Figma)
- Experience with multi-touch attribution models
- Experience working in early stage startups or running a startup
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and scale campaigns on Facebook / Instagram Ads, AdWords, and other paid media channels.
- Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/Facebook/others as a partner.
