- The incumbent is responsible for all the communications, creating awareness about the organization and fundraising activities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute fundraising strategies to grow organization's donations in a sustainable way, including efforts to increase funding from current/past donors, as well as attracting investments from newly identified prospects.
- Execute and manage fundraising campaigns of various nature
- CSR, private and government grants etc.
- Evolve communication strategies for the organization to enhance branding, establish relationships with various stakeholders, and communicate organization's activities and ideas effectively.
- Raise awareness of our Organization's brand and services, identify outreach opportunities and relevant target audiences. Find effective ways to reach and establish mutually beneficial relationships with various institutions for partnership and collaboration.
- Manage all the communications, both internal and external to the organization, through various channels - website, digital marketing, social media, newsletters, print media etc. Maintain a calendar for the release of communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and information.
- Coordinate all offline/ virtual programs and events to establish new partnerships with the broader community- individuals, institutions, and businesses and various stakeholders for diverse purposes.
- Exhibit professional and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team members and work towards the goals of the organisation.
- Establish an effective data collection and analysis system to measure stakeholder engagement, track leads, evaluate performance, and optimize outreach efforts.
Qualifications :
- The candidate should hold a Bachelors or Master's degree.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in the field of Education Research
- Experience with analytics tools, customer relationship systems, and social media management tools.
