Head - Online Marketing - Retail (5-18 yrs)
Desired candidate should have :
- The candidate would be responsible for growing the Online Presence of a well known retail chain. The candidate would be responsible for the entire P&L of the digital Chanel - Sales generation, Marketing Spends, Strategic Alliances and Brand Development
The Ideal Candidate should :
- Be well versed with Online Marketing - Campaign creation, SEO, SEM as well as marketing Analytics and performance measuring tools
- Work with new and existing brands partners to grow revenue
- Be well versed with CRM tools and drive strategy to get repeat customer growth
- Create Strategic Alliances to boost revenue growth
- Be able to work with an IT Team to improve the customer buying experience
- Be able to hire and Manage a team
- Be able to work with the Existing Offline retail team in a harmonious manner
Bonus Points for :
- Knowledge of Inventory Management & SCM
- Knowledge of Consumer Durables/Electronics
