- Formulating long-term/ short-term strategic plans to enhance Sales & Operations in coordination with the macro plans of organization and the industry trends
- Developing strategic alliances with organizations, thereby ensuring profitability and achieving business targets
- Planning & implementing strategies for enhancing the corporate image in line with organization's business objectives.
- Setting up new businesses, divisions / departments or sections covering the entire gamut of services right from generating ideas to fully operational business units.
- Defining and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned at achieving business goals
- Supporting partners in setting up the business to building their capability to run independent business units
- Assisting CEO in building the business internationally.
- Leading and supporting partners during initial stages of site selection, layout planning, team hiring & training and then building capability for running day-to-day operations
- Representing the organization in various International Conferences.
