Position : Modern Trade & E-Commerce Head
Designation : (GM/Negotiable)
Location : Noida
Job Responsibility :
- Leading the operations of Modern Trade Accounts for Primary/Tertiary through MRM/RME/TLs.
- Handle 3500 outlets, 100 Cr Business, avg. 900 Cr Industry Size/month
- Competition wise/Chain wise/Price segment wise market share tracking.
- Lead a team of 50 Members
- Develop sales strategies & business plan to meet revenue & growth targets
- Promotions and initiatives to enhance tertiary.
- Credit control.
- SKU mix planning and execution for the channel and outlets.
- Resource planning for the Channel partners
- Supply Chain Management- Product life cycle management on ecommerce models-Exclusive portfolio management, new product launches, Growth strategy for existing product & stock liquidation of EOL products
- Product roadmap planning for exclusive online products
- Plan marketing initiatives on assigned portals, coordinate with Marketing team and execute marketing plans
- Customer research and understanding of consumers buying mobiles online
- Travel locations- Tamil Nadu, AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Mumbai and Delhi. (Based out of NHQ)
QUalification :
MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 / Tier College Only.
