Head - Modern Trade - Consumer Goods (9-13 yrs)
Head - Modern Trade for Trusted brand in Consumer Goods
The person on the job will need to deliver competitive, profitable and sustainable growth with the customers whilst being the preferred supplier to do business with for customers. The goals for the Head MT & E Com will be as follows:
- Sales Growth (delivering on time for the customers, internal metric being Quarterly Growth / Annual numbers)
- Customer Contribution (profitable growth with budget adherence)
- Market Shares (competitive growth, % business gaining share)
- Delivering Key Customers
- Launch Innovation on time in full and delivery business case Volume.
- Winning as preferred brand with E commerce partner sites and improve lead conversion in online trade platform
KEY REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS)
- MBA preferably in marketing, business administration, general management from Tier 1 institute.
- 9-12 years- experience in a highly analytical, result oriented environment (Consumer Durables)
- In depth understanding of Modern Trade and eCommerce business.
- Analytical skills and ability to manage the business by numbers
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in mentoring and managing team members
