Head - MICE Sales - Hospitality (13-20 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales - MICE to lead our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing the hotel's reputation as a premier destination for MICE events.

Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive MICE sales strategy aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Identify and target key MICE segments, including corporate, association, and government clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the MICE industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges.
Sales Team Management :
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing MICE sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.
Business Development :
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Revenue Management :
- Analyze historical data and market trends to optimize pricing and yield management strategies.
- Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven track record in MICE sales and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the MICE market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
