The ideal candidate will lead our marketing endeavors, specializing in PR strategies to enhance brand presence, manage communications, and drive engagement within the solar energy sector.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies integrating PR activities, focusing on promoting solar products and services while aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation to achieve marketing goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to discern customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Craft compelling PR-centric marketing collateral, digital content, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and PR agencies to align marketing efforts, drive revenue, and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is advantageous.
- 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the solar industry, with a focus on PR strategies and execution.
- Demonstrated success in managing PR-focused marketing campaigns and leading teams effectively.
- Profound knowledge of solar industry trends, market dynamics, and adeptness in understanding customer behavior.
