Head - Marketing & Sales - Education (5-18 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and develop the sales and marketing strategy and be fully responsible for end-to-end execution as per plan and monthly target
- Develop excellent relationships with corporate clients, key influencers, and decision-makers and continuously engage with them.
- Have a strong target-oriented approach to acquiring, developing, and managing clients.
- Have skills for client retention by understanding their day to day requirement
- Target based sales approach revenue, clients, and any other metric that is introduced or found relevant for new business development as well as deep-mining existing relationships.
- Coordinate with partnering companies for strategic alliances
- Knowledge of Digital (Social Media, SEO, SMM, etc.) so you can explain to the client and know his requirement.
- Other allied responsibilities which may be communicated from time to time, as per business needs
Qualifications :
- Graduate/ MBA is in Business/Management or relevant discipline from a reputed University/Institute.
- Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge or any background in Education will be a great advantage.
- Go-getter, or a self-motivated person; self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
- Ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.
- Preferred: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with databases and sales software
- Attitude: Self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
- Skill development and courses are done in digital will be preferred
