Head - Marketing & Sales - Automotive Tier 1 Supplier (20-26 yrs)
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and defining quarterly and annual sales plan.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions.
- Present solutions and win business.
- Participate in contract discussions / negotiations.
- Manage Automotive OEM relation.
- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship.
- Executive reporting on Sales Operations
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Advising and consulting with senior management and business unit leaders on the appropriate use of technology to drive business success.
KRA:
- Meet financial targets
- Meet Business plans (Quarterly and Annual)
- Ensure year on year growth as per the plan
- Ensure constant account mining and increase in share of customer wallet
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Salary : INR 40,00,000 - 65,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The successful candidate should have an Engineering + Management Degree, minimum of 20+ years of management or comparable leadership experience in an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier Company sales with a focus in strategic planning, development and alignment with Automotive OEM's Like TATA, Mahindra, Ford, GM, FIAT, Eicher, Chrysler Etc.,
- Understanding of technology directions and trends.
- Excellent thought leader and visionary of future Automotive Component environment.
- Leadership qualities to guide organization to achieve objectives.
