The Job :
- In this hands-on Marketing Lead role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's product. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a strong focus on demand generation, to achieve our revenue targets. Your entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to grow a company's revenue will be essential to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Build and lead marketing team across demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and more. This includes running targeted marketing campaigns, optimising leads quality and conversion funnels.
- Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns.
- Engage and work with external marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership, to drive new business, and be confident in owning a leads pipeline number.
- Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results.
- Partner with sales and customer-success teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with other acquisition and retention initiatives.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles in B2B SaaS startups.
- Experience with demand gen, product marketing, email marketing, content marketing, advertising, SEO, and social media.
- Experience running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Incredible writing skills. Have a knack for crafting interesting copy.
- Demonstrated experience and comfort owning a revenue and pipeline number; thrive in an outcome-focused environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate and proactive: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Good to have :
- Entrepreneurial background.
- Have exposure working in the growth journey of revenue from $1 million to $10 million.
- Experience in navigating the US and international markets, with a focus on the enterprise segment.
