The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Driving performance marketing via PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO / SEM and Demand Generation/Customer Acquisition Funnel.
- Working with other stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
- Testing and optimizing marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Driving pipeline and revenue. Conceptualizing and executing marketing programs that focus on generating, capturing, and converting demand into revenue at a high annual growth rate across new and existing businesses.
- Creating and overseeing the Marketing plan. Setting the strategy, Managing the budget, processes, and operations in accordance with the marketing plan.
- Increasing brand awareness. Setting short and long-term visions for the company and executing programs that increase awareness across the ideal customers.
- Developing, training and growing the team. Overseeing the existing marketing team and recruiting more if deemed necessary.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 7 years of experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Internet and IT industry.
- You have experience in Growth Hacking, Demand Generation or Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing.
- You have experience with marketing strategy in a SaaS start-up.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
