Job Description:
Key responsibilities :
- Planning and execution of integrated marketing plans across India.
- Handling various marketing campaigns nationally with different media platforms like Print, Digital, and Activations.
- Responsible for executing key priorities like establishing brand saliency amongst the target consumers and key markets of the company, delight customers, optimize return on capital, delivering value etc.
- Work closely with marketing team members to ensure monthly BTL plans are made as per timelines and all support defined.
- Work the market with sales personnel to identify and deliver new/innovative BTL support material/activation.
- Exploring and developing new markets, brand promotion, new product launch, accelerating growth & achieving sales targets.
- Develop PR strategy covering all possible mediums. Campaign planning. Social Media Marketing, if required.
- Work closely with Advertising/Media agency for all ATL creative's development & execution
- Manage social media forums to generate interest and monitor activity
- Manage periodic analysis of marketing efforts and campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
Qualification: MBA, Marketing
Experience: 15 years plus
Required attributes:
- An ability to lead the marketing function
- Strong conceptual skills and a deep understanding of consumer-facing processes in the areas of marketing and customer service.
- Should be proficient in guiding the team in preparing and implementing marketing plans, initiating consumer research and product development processes.
- Must be proficient in digital marketing concepts and their usage to generate business.
Desired attributes :
Strong customer focus. Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
