Head - Marketing - Recruitment/HR Services (10-15 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the HR Tech or Career Platform industry, with a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Brand Management :
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Demand Generation :
- Drive demand generation initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Optimize digital marketing channels to maximize ROI.
Content Marketing :
- Oversee content strategy and development to support lead generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
- Ensure high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Develop and monitor key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
Budget Management :
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Optimize spending to maximize impact and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the HR Tech or Career Platform industry.
