- The budgeted walkins for this year walkins.(site wise)
- Handling pre-sales 10%convarsion from walkins to leads.
Training:
Branding Kohinoor & PR Activity months on month.
- To submit Monthly Plans for PR &Branding by 5th of every month.
- Submitting the overall budget for the Month VS Spent by 5th of every month.
- Quarterly performance Review / VS KRA with detail sheet. & submit the report.
To Mgt by 15th of next month after qtr.
- Developing or setting up markets. 3 now cities & one international country to be identified to market our product.5% of booking through international Mktg & 10%through new cities except Bombay.
Internal Branding /communications
- 3 events a year & 1 annual day to be handled for integration of Kohinoor tanily (Arranged)in on
- 15%of total walkins should be Generated to be netterals.
Media Buying-
- Cost per walkins to be less by 20%(site wise)
- To creat a corporate brandbook, Av, corporate look & feel of Kohinoor -10% This has to be completed by oct
- Mandatory updates walkins-sales KRA
