Head - Marketing - Real Estate (4-15 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Head to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets who are looking to buy or may be the prospects to buy Real Estate.
You must be able to grasp consumer behavior and chalk out offers to suit their needs, you must have Real Estate knowledge.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing campaigns, choose effective media and spend wisely to attain the desired result.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative of marketing campaigns
- Get the creatives done from outsourced agencies
- Create a media plan by choosing the right medias at the right times to manage the budgets as well
- Create a Calendar for the whole campaign
- Create copys for digital marketing, SMS marketing and whats app marketing
- Strategies for the digital marketing creatives and Overlook performance of the digital campaigns
- Get creatives made such as videos, single images, carousal etc
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns like hoardings, bus shelters etc.
- Manage companies social media presence and attract followers through posts and engagements
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- MIS report knowledge.
