Head - Marketing - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
Digital Marketing :
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Development :
- Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including website, blog, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Brand Management :
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and visuals.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns to increase recognition and trust.
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in a competitive market.
Event Management :
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.
- Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
