Head - Marketing - NBFC (10-15 yrs)

- Brand & Communication Custodian for the company with expertise in 360 marketing (Strategy, ATL, BTL, PR, Digital, Communication)
- Create, launch and institutionalize brand and to design effective marketing & communication strategies in order to build it as a leading customer centric brand in the country.
- Expert at creating, advising and executing strategic marketing & communication. Skilled in internal & external positioning of the Group and leveraging business opportunities.
- Develop a Marketing & Communications strategy for external and internal stakeholders, to support the business's ambitious growth plans. Focus on MINDSHARE & MARKETSHARE growth.
- Excel at mapping customer insights, devising brand strategies and executing integrated marketing programs that challenge the status quo, disrupt target market inertia, enhance the customer experience, increase competitive differentiation and strengthen sales & distribution efforts.
- Provide strategic advice, inputs & strong execution to campaigns, ensuring alignment between business development goals and marketing strategies.
- Positioning the organization as thought leader.
- Implement internal & external marketing/ communications strategies to make sure that the Brand is most sought after.
- Handling 360 degree marketing & communication to ensure appropriate positioning & perception of the brand.
- Relationship with media, internal & external stakeholders, handling agencies to ensure maximum deliverables.
- Drive integrated marketing & communication programmes through all the channels, online, electronic, print etc.
- To ensure marketing & communications activities are designed to produce measurable results (quantitative and qualitative), focusing on delivering a positive return on investment.
- Increasing brand relevance by leveraging assets that are untapped; breaking through financial services clutter and regulatory challenges; and producing integrated marketing plans that effectively incorporate all mediums including electronic, print, outdoor, social media & Digital marketing.
- PR coverage in electronic, print & events/ conferences medium. Representation of speakers in these mediums. Manage media proactively, lead team of media professionals, counsel senior management, including managing CEO interviews, working across disciplines
