Job Description :
Shobha Shringar Jewellers is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role involves leading both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to elevate our brand presence and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies incorporating ATL and BTL activities.
- Plan and manage ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, print, and digital media.
- Oversee BTL activities such as events, promotions, direct marketing, and in-store experiences.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for ATL and BTL activities.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve strategic goals and deliver high-quality results
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with expertise in ATL and BTL activities.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and deliver results in a competitive market.
