Job Description :
Head of Marketing - Dhole Patil road, Pune
Role :
- Developing marketing plan defining objectives and strategies for both B2B as well B2C business
- Launching various promotional campaigns and new product features through events, customer programs, digital media, etc.
- Monitor lead generation through digital marketing campaigns
- Strong content generation for social media campaigns
- Market Research, competition analytics and consumer insights for sales team
- Maintain good Public Relations: Be the face of company for external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Co-ordinate with remote teams and keep updated about company's market growth
- Keep a close eye on the marketing progress, with regular report generation
- Control annual marketing budget and P&L management
Requirements :
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Experience of 3-6 Years in marketing from a good business school like IIM, ISB, SP jain or similar.
- Proven leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Good knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
