Head - Marketing - IT (7-10 yrs)
- Responsible for marketing strategy execution; generate, monitor & improve marketing & conversion metrics, team guidance and budget management for the marketing function.
- Manage the off-line marketing, on-line marketing & pre-sales functions
- Strong knowledge of running online marketing campaigns - across formats (SEO, SEM, Display, Video, etc) & mediums (Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, Programmatic, etc) - Manage & guide the On-line Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversions
- Ability to create & deliver off-line campaigns including outdoor media, paper inserts, events, etc - Manage & guide the Off-line Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversions
- Manage & train the pre-sales team for handling customer inquiries & experience
- Work with marketing, design & communications team to create new brand communications and product marketing strategy.
- Lead marketing spends and achieve expected RoI through site visits and bookings for new and on-going brands.
- Handle appropriate media selection / launch strategy for new product launch campaigns.
- Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment.
- Develop annual and project-specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various events.
- Responsible for executing and delivering on quarterly budgets and target metrics
- Drive Customer Experience (CX) strategy for prospective & existing buyers
