Role & Responsibility :

- You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Ability to work with the supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Job Responsibilities include :

- Support the sales teams by crafting strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives so as to result in lead generation and brand awareness.

- Create and update sales support content like presentations, service material, customer testimonials, white papers, blogs, videos, newsletters etc.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

- Design branding, positioning and content strategies.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Education Qualification :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing

Experience :

- 10-14 years relevant experience.

- Previous experience in related position preferred.

Skills/Competencies Required :

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics and Google Adwords

- Experience with CRM software

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Analytical mind
