Head - Marketing - Hotel/Hospitality (6-12 yrs)
- He/She would be responsible to handle entire gamut of marketing activities including marketing communications ATL, BTL, branding and digital.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Setting the brand strategy across the group companies
- Bringing the brands to life across all channels - from website and social media, to brand collateral and offline campaigns
- Working with the marketing team to provide vision and strategy around all marketing initiatives and execute them in results and metrics-driven fashion
- Liaising closely with hotel teams to create the desired strategy, calendar, and content that is best suited to each
- Identifying opportunities and managing partnerships with external agencies, influencers, or events teams to drive the brand narrative
- You will run our Marketing in ways to promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software
Qualification & Experience :
- Should be Graduate or MBA with Marketing minimum 6 years working as a brand leader in a B2C brand environment.
- Demonstrated capability in independently creating brand strategy and executing it with a team, across offline and digital channels
- Excellent program management skills to identify work streams and plan roll outs to adhere to timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with people at all levels
