Head - Marketing - Healthcare/Chemical/Diagnostic (15-18 yrs)
We are hiring for a upcoming company in the Diagnostic / Healthcare manufacturing. This position will report to the CEO. Relevant profiles will be those with experience in Sales & Marketing for Healthcare / Diagnostic / Chemical/ etc.
Objective: To drive the Company's sales and marketing team with Vision, Passion, Innovation, Strategic Planning and implementation thereby getting the best out of them and rapidly expand market share both in India and abroad ensuring leadership position within a given time.
Overall Job Profile :
- To lead the entire marketing team consisting of the following Divisions/Departments
- Reagents Division
- Equipment Division
- Product Management Team (PMT)
- OEM
Contract Manufacturing :
- Domestic
- Exports
- Review existing budget/plans and strategies and make appropriate changes, wherever necessary and implement them to achieve the numbers for the year for all the above listed departments/divisions.
- Responsible for ensuring Gross Profit and Net Profit by the revenue earning departments according to plans.
- Draw out long term plans for next five years.
- Coordinating with Production for monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Draw out long term plans for the organization's growth and its effective and timely implementation.
- Develop career development programs for the entire team at various levels and implement it in coordination with HR.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Introduce a definite calendar for development of Managers to enable them to move to the next level.
- Inculcation of a professional culture of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Bringing in right talent from the marketplace and nurturing them to take up bigger challenges in future.
- Identify potential areas of growth by way of introduction of new products and categories.
- Identify and develop newer markets.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
- Formulate definite plans for capturing A Class Customers.
