Head - Marketing - FMCG (12-17 yrs)
Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Strategic Brand plans & integrated marketing campaigns including effective ATL communication for brands
- Owner of the New launch process building brands from scratch
- Develop a vision & strategy for the brand portfolio of the company including decisions on resourcing of brands within the portfolio
- Sole responsibility of creating communication for all brands
Digital Marketing & Media:
- Lead the Digital transformation for all brands right from conceptualization to execution
- Build brands through Social media, Performance marketing, precision targeting, search optimisation,
- New avenues on Mobile for driving new business models
- Build the digital capability of the organisation and bring it up to speed with evolved digital marketing avenues in 6-12 months
Media strategy & planning:
- Make strategic media mix choices and assist leadership in making portfolio support choices based on the marketing objectives
- Keep track of the changing media landscape and new & relevant media avenues for the portfolio of brands
- Understand Target groups for brands and find optimum ways to target them using the right media mix; including annual deals across media vehicles on organisation's predominant buying TG
- Media planning & buying to deliver on the output KPIs for each brand - brand health measures, ad recall measures and business metrics
- Build, execute and monitor regular media plans based on the media strategy to optimise
- Manage the media agency and build the capability of the ecosystem between the company & the agency
- Manage Social, search, lead generation, eCRM, websites, digital applications and any new technologies & sharp targeting avenues
